Export a record of your team’s AI activity

You can now pull everything your team has done with AI in Forerunner as a CSV, from Settings → Data → Forerunner AI. Only manager-level users can run the export.
  • One row per message, with conversation, timestamp, feature, user, and related record
  • Every AI surface: chat on web and mobile, Live Mode, document generation, form fields, Elevation Certificate extraction, automation prompts, and share messages
  • Attachments come through as download links
  • Sensitive content is redacted unless the exporter has PII permission
See Exporting AI activity.

Run automations on a recurring schedule

You can now schedule an automation to run on its own cadence, so recurring work like a biweekly stormwater inspection runs without anyone starting it.
  • Daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, or a custom interval
  • A start date, a time zone that defaults to yours, and an optional end date
  • Property warnings available in condition and variable pickers, so an automation can branch on where a property sits in its lifecycle
See Building automations.

Carry a value across every step of a workflow

Information entered once at the start of a workflow now carries into every later step that needs it, instead of being re-keyed on each one.
  • Set a field’s default to a field on a record type earlier in the same workflow, alongside property, parcel, FIRM, and user defaults
  • Lock a prefilled field so it changes only at its source step, or leave it overridable so staff can correct it downstream
  • Get a prompt when a change would break a configured default, with options to resolve before saving
  • Values are set when the downstream record is created and do not change afterward
  • Newly-granted collaborators are emailed when you duplicate a workflow step
See Configuring workflows.

Set a dynamic default on a date field

Date fields can now default to a value pulled from elsewhere, instead of only defaulting to today.
  • Today’s date
  • A FIRM effective date
  • A date attribute on the parcel
  • The property’s external system ID
See Customizing records.

Turn off public Elevation Certificate submissions

You can now stop accepting Elevation Certificate submissions from your public website yourself, and the confirmation names the record types it affects.See Accepting submissions.
  • Maps Faster first load, and less throttling when many layers load at once
  • Maps Keyboard support for the Measure tool and the Location picker
  • Mobile App The map object panel shows all assigned users instead of only one
  • Mobile App Faster interactions across the app
  • Administration In Settings, Records is now Record types and Map objects is now Object types, and existing links redirect
  • Administration Clicking a record type row opens its builder directly
  • Administration Delete a data source from the UI
  • Administration Integrations show Connect or Configure depending on whether they are set up
  • Objects Re-importing parcels matches existing properties on geometry and parcel number rather than the source’s own ID, so a refresh that renumbers parcels no longer breaks the links and history attached to a property
  • Records The address lookup returns on forms that carry an optional Elevation Certificate upload
  • Records Trailing spaces are trimmed from dropdown, tag, and number-with-units options as you author them
  • Records Market value and damage cost rows stand out on the substantial damage summary, with cost rows labeled RCV and ACV
  • Files Forms that include an AI field state their real upload limit, and the rejection message names the limit you hit
  • Files Re-saving a record no longer creates duplicate documents
  • Files Remove deletes the file you picked
  • Files The file cap is enforced when you drop files, not only when you browse
  • Files Publishing a record with a sensitive attachment no longer errors
  • Files The “not linked to a property” banner no longer shows on files that are linked
  • Dashboards Changing a widget’s record type no longer clears the title and chart type you already set
  • Dashboards Group-by and chart options survive switching chart type
  • Dashboards Configuration dropdowns open upward when there is no room below, instead of compressing
  • Automations A warning step no longer stops the automation when the warning was already set or cleared by hand, so a status ladder runs end to end
  • Automations An If block saves with one branch left empty
  • Automations Blocks that cannot run in the current context no longer appear in the step palette
  • Mobile App The blue location marker no longer lands on the wrong property when you tap the map
  • Mobile App Files generated on a record from mobile attach back to the record
  • Public Website Guests no longer see a Generate with AI button that ejected them from the form and lost what they had entered
  • Administration The left side navigation scrolls when the record type list is expanded, instead of putting Settings out of reach
Objects

Edit custom objects on the map

You can now edit custom objects you created manually, right from the map, on web and mobile.
  • Update an object’s label
  • Reshape an object’s geometry by dragging or removing points
  • Edit from the object information panel; the map zooms to fit the object in edit mode
Editing applies to custom objects created manually. Objects brought in through a GIS import are still updated by re-importing the source data. See Editing a custom object.
