Re-import a data source layer

A faster mobile app
Mobile 7.23 and 7.24 are both on the App Store and Google Play, and performance was the focus of each.- Opening the app reaches a usable map substantially faster, with the largest gains on accounts carrying many saved views and map layers
- Dragging and zooming stay smooth on accounts with a lot of data on the map
- Switching into offline mode and back is markedly faster, and the map holds its position through the change
- Offline sync starts about 30 seconds after you reconnect, down from two and a half minutes
