Forerunner keeps a record of every interaction your team has with its AI features. Managers can export that record as a single spreadsheet file (CSV) for compliance and audit purposes—who prompted the AI and when, the full exchange, the actions the AI took, and its reasoning.

Export your AI activity

Open the Forerunner AI settings

Go to Settings → Data → Forerunner AI.

Select Export data

The export runs in the background, so you can leave the page.

Open the link in your email

Forerunner emails you a download link when the file is ready, usually within a few minutes. The link opens in Forerunner, so you’ll need to be signed in.
The export covers all AI activity recorded in your account—there’s no date range to choose. If you only need part of it, filter the file in a spreadsheet after downloading.

What’s in the file

The file has one row per message, in the order things happened. The AI reasoning, Tool used, and Tool result rows show the AI’s own working: what it looked up in your account, what it got back, and why it answered the way it did.

Good to know

Times are in UTC. Convert to your local time zone if you’re comparing the export against other records. Attached files. When someone gives the AI a file, the row shows the file name and a download link to it. Personal information. Rows marked “Yes” in the Sensitive column show [Redacted] in the Content column unless the person running the export has Personally Identifiable Information permissions.
