If something looks wrong with your account, your data, or a message that claims to be from Forerunner, let us know right away. Anyone can report, whether you use Forerunner for work or looked up a property on a community’s public website.

What to report

  • Someone signing in to or using your account without permission
  • Information you can see that you shouldn’t, or private information showing on a public website
  • Emails, texts, or calls that claim to be from Forerunner and ask for your password, sign-in codes, or payment
  • Any other activity that seems suspicious

Email security@withforerunner.com. If your organization uses Forerunner’s federal environment, email security@fed.withforerunner.com instead. You can also call us at (855) 519-2124 during support hours.

What to include

  • What happened and when you noticed it
  • Your name, organization, and the best way to reach you
  • Screenshots, or the suspicious email forwarded as an attachment
Forerunner will never ask for your password or sign-in codes. If you think a message is phishing, don’t click its links or reply to it. Report it to us instead.
