Forerunner now makes custom objects searchable, public-facing, and actionable - extending communities' systems of record beyond standard properties.
Teams can set up their own object types, such as potholes, trees, or other local infrastructure, and display them on the community's public website. From there, residents can report issues directly against these objects, giving them a clear, intuitive way to flag requests and concerns.
Once submitted, those reports route to the appropriate internal team, where staff can take action: assign work, complete inspections, attach documentation, and track progress - all tied back to the original object.
Custom objects makes it easier to manage the full lifecycle of community-reported issues, from intake to resolution, within a single workflow.
