Live Mode

Forerunner’s Live Mode brings real-time, hands-free documentation directly to the mobile app. During field inspections, enforcement visits, or site assessments, teams can activate the Live Mode AI Assistant and simply narrate what they see while pointing their camera at the site. The Assistant responds by voice and updates form fields automatically - no typing required.

Rather than stopping to manually enter observations, inspectors can narrate what they see and point their camera at the site. The AI Assistant processes both audio and visual input simultaneously, identifying relevant details and suggesting field values in real time. Teams stay focused on the work in front of them while the record builds itself in the background.

Live Mode is also a valuable tool for onboarding and training. New team members can learn how to document inspections and complete records correctly with real-time guidance from the AI Assistant, helping them get up to speed faster while maintaining consistency across the team.

Designed for moments when hands are full and time is limited, Live Mode reduces the gap between fieldwork and documentation. By combining voice interaction with live camera analysis, it helps communities capture more accurate records faster.
