Elevation Certificate Review Process

Streamline your document and permit reviews with Forerunner’s updated Elevation Certificate (EC) review process. Once an EC is processed, users can update an EC’s review status, add important data points about the projects or permits associated with the EC, and mark it as final when all issues are addressed and the review workflow is completed. Users can easily track EC review progress and other workflows using customized Table views, improving visibility and organization.

Forerunner also supports error detection against historic FIRMs imported into an account. Error detection will be referenced against the FIRM panel that was effective at the time the Elevation Certificate was issued based on the EC’s issue date and the FIRM panel’s effective date. Additionally, Forerunner now displays the referenced NFIP/Effective FIRM and Regulatory FIRM on the "Issue Count" panel, improving transparency and accuracy.

As with many Forerunner forms, this new feature is highly customizable to your exact EC review workflows!
