The Logs API enables you to programmatically record public assistance interactions in Forerunner. These logs help track community outreach, property owner inquiries, and compliance communications - essential data for CRS (Community Rating System) reporting and floodplain management documentation.
The Logs API is currently in progress. Some features may be subject to change.

Log Types

Forerunner supports four types of public assistance logs:
  • Web - Online inquiries and web form submissions
  • Walk-in - In-person visits to your office
  • Phone - Phone call inquiries and conversations
  • Written or Email Request - Email correspondence and written communications
