# Report a security issue or phishing attempt

> Tell Forerunner about suspected unauthorized access, exposed data, or phishing

If something looks wrong with your account, your data, or a message that claims to be from Forerunner, let us know right away. Anyone can report, whether you use Forerunner for work or looked up a property on a community's public website.

## What to report

* Someone signing in to or using your account without permission
* Information you can see that you shouldn't, or private information showing on a public website
* Emails, texts, or calls that claim to be from Forerunner and ask for your password, sign-in codes, or payment
* Any other activity that seems suspicious

## How to report

Email [security@withforerunner.com](mailto:security@withforerunner.com). If your organization uses Forerunner's federal environment, email [security@fed.withforerunner.com](mailto:security@fed.withforerunner.com) instead.

You can also call us at (855) 519-2124 during support hours.

## What to include

* What happened and when you noticed it
* Your name, organization, and the best way to reach you
* Screenshots, or the suspicious email forwarded as an attachment

> Forerunner will never ask for your password or sign-in codes. If you think a message is phishing, don't click its links or reply to it. Report it to us instead.
